Kat brings Makayla Barbone onto the scene to discuss anxiety disorder. Kat and Makayla seem to struggle with the condition but are on entirely different sides of the spectrum. Going to high school together, they were in completely different social circles and environments, causing different outlooks and coping mechanisms when it came to anxiety. They discuss various stories of their own experience as Kat can gain a different perspective from Makyala. As the episode progresses, Mayklaya advises how she destresses herself and maintains a level head.
