Kat talks about past coping mechanisms she used for her anxiety and depression. For example, when she was a child and adolescent, she explained how she projected a volatile and resentful away. She goes into further detail about her unemotional state as a child due to her environment. However, as of now, she explains how her projection co consists of running away and avoiding. Kat advises anyone dealing with either behavior and gives hope to those struggling.
